Bill Berk Nominated Finalist for Insurer Attorney of the Year
BMS is proud to announce that Bill Berk was a Finalist for the LexisNexis Insurance Law Center Insurer of the Year Award for 2008. The LexisNexis Insurance Law Center Advisory Board nominated seventeen (17) finalists across the United States for Insurer Attorney of the Year, recognizing "the attorney who did the most in 2008 to effectively advance insurer positions and improve insurance law from the perspective of insurers." Mr. Berk was the only nominee from Florida.
