Michael
Pitsoulakis
Michael N. Pitsoulakis joined the firm in 2021 as an associate. He devotes most of his time to first-party insurance coverage matters in state and federal court. Michael received a Bachelor of Political Science, cum laude, from the Florida International University in 2015. Prior to joining Berk, Merchant & Sims, Michael represented homeowners against insurance carriers in first party insurance claims. This experience allows him to provide zealous defense of first party insurance claims and determine the value and merits of a case in order to facilitate favorable resolutions and settlements for insurance carriers.
